A Subdivision of Townhomes and Patio homes, located off of 500 E 600 S in Vernal. A total of 11 sales were reported last year with an average sales price of $248,423.18. Eight of the Eleven Sellers contributed towards the Buyers Closing costs. Most homes were built in 2006 to 2007 and then the newer phase of the subdivsion was developed and the homes were built in 2012 to 2013.  Most homes in this subdivision have 3 bedrooms and some one level 2 and 3 bedroom homes, all have a 2 car garage.

Located off 2425 W 500 N. (Maeser Highway) Townhomes in Canyon Villas were built from 2013 to 2014.  Most, if not all of units are 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a good floor plan  This subdivsion had a total of 5 homes being reported as sold with an average sales price of $237,200.00

800 W 350 N. Close to the walking park, downtown Vernal, and The Uintah Basin Clinic medical facility.  Townhomes in this subdivision consists of 2 story and 1 level units. Most have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage.  Most units were built in 2008 and 2 units  were built last year. I know of 3 sales last year with an average sales price of $275,900.

1500 W 300 S contain all 2 story Townhomes with 3 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 bath.  No covered parking in this subdivsion.  Most of these townhomes were built in 2008 . A total of 4 sales were reported through the MLS with an average sales price of $180,575.00

Developed in 2008.  All townhomes have like floor plans with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 2 story style.  Parking is on driveway with no covered parking.  Subdivision is located off of 100 W 650 N.  Two being reported as sold last year with an average sales price of $200,500.00

1350 S 600 E had 1 property sale and the asking price was $179,000. These homes are 2 bedroom,  2 bath and 2 story style with a 1 car garage. This subdivision was developed in 2009.

Some items to investigte before deciding what Subdivsion of Condos or Townhomes you want to live in are monthly Hoa fees, CC&R's,  budget of HOA, monthly minutes of meetings, any upcoming assessments, and the cost of a transfer fee when purchasing.
