Currently there is 66 Residential property's listed for sale in Uintah County.  Down  20.48% from same time last year.  Total sales of single family homes from January 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022  was 284, with an average sales price of $283,676.00.  This year there has been a total of 214 single family homes sold, for the same time as last year, and an average sales price of $320, 901.00
